This policy explains how WSoftPro (“we”) handles personal data in the mobile and web applications we publish on the Apple App Store, Google Play, the Shopify App Store and the Odoo Apps marketplace.
- Data we collect
We collect only what an app needs to work. Depending on the app, this may include the account email you sign in with, the content you create inside the app, and basic device and usage data such as app version, device model and crash reports. Apps that show advertising may receive an advertising identifier from the platform. - Why we use it
To provide and maintain the app, to answer support requests, to fix crashes and improve stability, and to process purchases and subscriptions through the platform you bought from. - Payments
We never receive or store your card details. Purchases are processed by Apple, Google, Shopify or Odoo under their own terms. - Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with service providers that run the app on our behalf, such as hosting, crash reporting and advertising partners, and only to the extent needed for those services. - Retention
We keep account data for as long as the account exists, and delete it within 30 days of a verified deletion request. - Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Write to [email protected] and we will reply within 5 working days. - Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data. - Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, where the change is significant, notify users inside the app. - Contact
