This Privacy Policy explains how WEB SOFT PRO COMPANY LIMITED (“Wsoftpro”, “we”, “us”) handles information in the WSoftPro Admin mobile app and the related web workspace at admin.wsoftpro.com (together, the “App”).
1. Who the App is for
The App is an internal workplace tool for Wsoftpro employees and other people we have given an account. It is not offered to the general public, and you cannot create an account from inside the App. Accounts are created and managed by our administrators.
2. Information we process
- Account information: your name, work email address / login, profile photo (if you add one), language and display preferences.
- Work content you create: tasks, chat messages, files and photos you attach, timesheets, attendance records, leave (time off) requests and similar work records.
- Technical and session data: a sign-in session token stored on your device, the IP address of your connection (used for security and to decide which sections are available outside the office network), and basic server logs.
- Device identifiers for notifications: only if push notifications are enabled for the App, a push token issued by Apple/Google is stored so we can deliver work notifications to your device.
3. How we use information
We use this information only to provide the App’s features: signing you in, keeping your session secure, showing and saving your work content, and delivering notifications. We do not use it for advertising.
4. What we do not do
- No advertising and no advertising identifiers.
- No third-party analytics or tracking across other companies’ apps or websites.
- We do not sell, rent or trade your personal data.
5. Camera, photos and files
The App accesses your camera, photo library or files only when you choose to take a photo or attach a file (for example in a chat message or a request). Only the items you pick are uploaded.
6. Face ID / Touch ID
If you choose to use Face ID or Touch ID to unlock the App, the biometric check is performed by your device’s operating system. Your biometric data never leaves your device and is never sent to us; the App only receives a yes/no result.
7. Where data is stored
Data is stored on servers operated by Wsoftpro and is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Access is limited to authorised staff who need it for their work.
8. Retention and deletion
Work records are kept for as long as needed for business, legal and accounting purposes. If you want to access, correct or delete your personal data, or close your account, contact your HR/administrator or email us at the address below. When an account is closed, its personal data is deleted or anonymised unless we are required by law to keep it.
9. Children
The App is intended for working adults and is not directed to children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last changed.
